Viveo know-how
20 years of experience in personal services, hundreds of families supported, Viveo has improved over the years to offer you services that meet your requirements…
1 - How the teams work
The Viveo teams are at the heart of our organisation and respect for our quality charter in the homes of our beneficiaries.
Recruited in a very strict manner, our carers and home helpers ensure the safety of our beneficiairies by supporting them, listening to them and knowing how to act in the event of unforeseen situations (crises, falls, heat waves, etc.).
Listening and availability are their main qualitites, alongside their verified and proven professional skills.
Spcialised and graduates, our teams of professionals are integrated into the health and social fabric of their Department (gerontological circles, social workers in CHUs, etc.), and can therefore benefit Viveo beneficiaries:
- Standard rates, fixed and without management fees or additional files
- A recognised, fast and efficient local presence
- Termination of benefits and free of charge and at the express request of the beneficiary (hospitalisation, re-hospitalisation, accommodation in a retirement home, rest home, etc.).
2 - Free assessment of your needs
Before any service at your home, Viveo offers you, at your convenience, an appointment with the referent seconded to your Department; directly in the Viveo premises or at your home, the Vivea supervisor comes to assess your needs, inform you about your possible aid and financing and explain how we work.
At your request, our supervisor will be able to support you free of charge in the creation of your support files as well as in their follow-up.
Following this meeting, a free and complete estimate will be given to you. This step is systematic and will serve as the basis, after agreement of the parties, for the drafting of the contract for access to Viveo services.
3 - A clear and evolving contract
Each contract established with our beneficiaries is unique and evolving according to the evolution of the beneficiary and their state of health. Established in very close collaboration with each home worker (social worker, family caregiver, doctor, nurse, etc.), each contract is signed in duplicate and validates the reciprocal commitments. Attached to the general conditions of service, it will be attached to the coordination book and will therefore always be available.
4 - Tools to help monitor the relationship
Viveo has developed various tools to help monitor the relationship with its beneficiaries, but also family carers, the medical profession, social workers, etc. The coordination book is made available to each beneficiary whose weekly support requires regular and chronological follow-up.
Developed in close collaboration with various health professionals, the liaison binder will also be suitable for those who coordinate care and assistance at the beneficiary's home.
Another Viveo strong point: the provision of a complete, precise but also user-friendly extranet; suitable for all media (PC phones, tablets, etc.), each beneficiary can follow past services, plan future interventions or even share photos with members of their family. Family caregivers will also be able to follow what is happening at the home of our beneficiary, even if they live hundreds of kilometres away.
5 - Pricing calculated as accurately as possible
To specifically meet everyone's needs, Viveo offers flexible and customisable "a la carte" services that are quick to set up. The prices are reviewed as accurately as possible and advice is given concerning financial aid.
A free study of needs and a personalised estimate are submitted to the customer by a Viveo manager. Without administration fees or additional charges, the services are really adapted to demand.
Free services
People benefiting from Viveo services benefit from free additional services:
- Coordination between medical and paramedical workers,
- Assistance and advice from Viveo health professionals (nurses, doctors),
- Administrative assistance,
- The hotline
- Access to online monitoring of their services, for themselves and selected members of their family. A tool accessible on tablet and / or phone was chosen and developed to allow better coordination of professionals in the homes of our beneficiaries. [Link to application download links].
Financial aid
The loss of autonomy, whether temporary or lasting, often represents a financial burden. While the coverage of certain aids can reach 100% (APA. PCH, pension funds, mutual funds, pre-financed CESU, etc.), this is not always the case. Viveo informs and advises on the various aids according to each person's situation.

Tax deductions
Individuals who incur expenses for personal services at home (living assistance, help for pregnant women, service for disabled people, etc.) are entitled to an income tax deduction or credit equal to 50% of sums actually spent. The amount of the tax deduction is capped at €6,000 per year and can reach €7,500 or €10,000 in certain specific cases. As such, €12,000 of spending will only cost €6,000.
