Viveo now lets you follow your home services on all media: PC, tablets or mobile phones.
The My Viveo app, available on the Apple Store and Google Play, has many advantages over traditional PC access.
Here are 3 of the main ones:
- You receive notification as soon as an item is entered in your digital liaison book. You will also know in realtime:
- That a new liaison book has just been sent to you
- That a new invoice or tax certificate has been added online
- That your housekeeper or life assistant has added a comment on the day's service
- You have access to your schedule in realtime, let's you know where your agency is in assigning a collaborator or replacing them, or even accepting the addition or cancellation of a job at your request.
- You can rate each performance and comment on them online. All information feedback is then done in a just-in-time fashion.

Viveo is launching its application dedicated to monitoring home services on iPhone or Android
Viveo is happy to announce the birth of its "My Viveo" application in September 2021! My Viveo is therefore available at any time directly from your phone or tablet. My Viveo was developped to satisfy the monitoring of comfort services (cleaning, ironing), childcare but also home help for people with loss of autonomy or dependents.
My Viveo is a tool for optimising the coordination of various services in the homes of our beneficiaries:
- Schedule management
- Putting a multi-user liaison book online: you can communicate with your Viveo agency, but also directly with members of your family or even with your general practitioner or nurse. It's a great coordination tool for home services, and not only those provided by Viveo.
- Opening of a documentary base in which each customer will find their invoices, tax certificates, but also service contracts, APA, PCH or even PAP assistance plans…
